Balanced PIN Photodiodes to 40 GHz Bandwidth

printable datasheet Request form for datasheet in PDF format    View online datasheet

The DSC710, DSC720, DSC730 and DSC740 are “push-pull” InGaAs photodiodes with each photodiode capable of handling high optical power in excess of 10 to 13 dBm. High Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) and low Polarization Dependent Loss (PDL) make these devices ideal for both digital and analog applications. The broad wavelength response of these photodiodes allows for multiple wavelength usage.

For busy test stations or student labs, where users of different experience levels might be handling high value opto-electronics that are easily damaged by mishandling, order your balanced photodiode to be mounted in the Lab Buddy.
